Atlanta AGL Employees Volunteered at Books for Africa Warehouse

On April 30th, 2015, AGL volunteers visited the Atlanta warehouse of Books for Africa.  We sorted tons of books according to category and age level.  Once the books are all sorted, they are then packed up and shipped to different countries all over Africa.  Books for Africa is a non-profit organization that collects, sorts, ships, and distributes books to students of all ages in Africa.  Their main objective is to end the book famine in Africa.

Books for Africa is the largest shipper of donated text and library books to the continent of Africa.  In past year alone, Books for Africa has shipped 2.6 million books to 27 African countries.

AGL volunteers really enjoyed being able to contribute to such a great cause.
